Warranty Policy
Cybele Star provides a warranty for its devices against manufacturing or material defects arising from normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty covers parts essential to the operation of the device. However, it does NOT cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including the battery, silicone gaskets, extensions, charging cables, and power adapter, as well as cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, neglect, failure to follow User Manual instructions, or any external events such as breakage, loss, or theft.
- Any attempt to open or disassemble the device or its accessories will void the warranty.
Cybele Star reserves the right to fulfill the warranty either by providing replacement parts (e.g., seals) or by replacing the entire product with an equivalent model.
Warranty claims with reasonable evidence and support must be sent to support@cybelestar.com. To validate your warranty, please retain the original purchase invoice.
Note: Service, cleaning, and descaling are not covered under this warranty.
