Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Spain: 2-3 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Address
- Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
- Currently, we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Package Delivery Refusal
- If your order is shipped via the National Postal Service and cannot be delivered to your front door, it may be sent to your nearest post office for collection. If unclaimed and returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will also be issued (minus return shipping costs) if the package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Refunds are processed once the package has been returned to us by the carrier.
