Use & Redemption

• The Cybele Star Gift Card can be used toward any purchase at www.cybelestar.com.
• The balance will remain available until fully spent.
• If the total purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be covered by another payment method.

Limitations

• Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or exchanged for cash.
• A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
• Gift cards are only redeemable at Cybele Star’s official online store.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• Once the gift card is emailed to the purchaser or recipient, Cybele Star is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.
• Customers should safeguard their gift card and treat it like cash.

Refund Policy

• If you purchase an e-Gift Card online, you have the legal right to change your mind and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
• To request a refund, contact Customer Service, and we will process it within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for purchase.
• Important: A gift card cannot be refunded if it has been used (even partially) to purchase products.

Additional Information

• The balance on a gift card can be used across multiple orders as long as funds remain.
• Gift cards can be used in combination with discount codes.
• Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single order.
• If a customer wants to purchase a gift card for someone else, there is an option at checkout to send it directly to the recipient.
