Shipping and Delivery

Below are some common questions about shipping and delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination.

Please note that the delivieries are only made on working days.

Where do we ship?

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.

When will I receive my order?

When placing the order, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date. Then you can track it from your account or, if you purchased as a guest, from the link in any of the emails we have sent you about your purchase.

On the general rule:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on your location, with 2-3 business days for Spain and 3-5 business days for other European countries.

Can I change the shipping method?

Once the order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping method.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

The courier company will attempt to deliver your order twice. If delivery is unsuccessful after these two attempts, the package will be placed at the nearest post office, where it will be kept for 15 days. If it is not picked up within that time, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will issue a refund, minus the shipping costs.

Can my order be delayed?

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or logistical issues. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

My order shows as having been delived, but I haven´t received it. What can I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact our customer service team at support@cybelestar.com, and we will assist you.

Can I refuse to receive my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, log in into your account and submit a return requests.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

How do I handle a damaged or defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange if the claim is valid.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, all Cybele Star products include a Two-Year Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as outlined in our published guidelines.

The heating time depends on the amount of liquid, its starting temperature and your chosen setting. Typically, it takes about 3 minutes to warm 120ml of liquid to 37ºC, the perfect feeding temperature.

Can I wash Stellar™ Portable Baby Bottle Warmer?

Yes, Stellar™ is designed to be rinsible, allowing for effective cleaning and maintaining good hygiene, especially while on the go.

When rinsing your warmer, always ensure the silicone port cover on the back is securely closed, as any liquid entering the battery compartment could damage the device. It's also important not to submerge the warmer in water, or place it in a microwave or dishwasher.
